Wonderful Ghorepani Poon Hill trek - 3 days

Because it was our first trek and we only had 3 days, we booked the Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek on the recommendation of our friends. We had a fantastic trek with our guide Amit. Everything was really well organized. The only thing we regretted is that we had not booked a longer trek, but now we have another reason to go back. It was a relaxed, fun week. Highly recommended. Ram Kumar arranged everything perfectly and we also had a lot of contact with him during the trek.

Excellent tour of Kathmandu valley and Nagarkot hike

Gopal (our guide) and Hari (our driver) were excellent. Hotel in Kathmandu was great, Hotel in Nagarkot was amazing with delicious meals. We had a great morning for the sunrise view from Nagarkot View Tower. It was a lovely hike with breathtaking mountain views. Definitely an easy and quick hike, but it was so nice to pass through the village and see how the locals live. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout the tour. Thanks, Ram for arranging a great trip. We will definitely recommend our friends and families to visit Nepal with you and your company.

7 - Day Amazing Annapurna Base Camp Trek

I booked 7 days Annapurna base camp trek with Alpine Eco Trek and traveling with them is very easy. During the trek, I did not have to worry about finding lodges to stop for the night. I would reach my destination for the day, and a warm meal would be waiting for me. I could sleep soundly in a comfortable bed to wake up energized the next day. Even around such remote regions, the quality of service in the teahouses and lodges were great. One of the nights was extremely cold and the owner of the teahouse we were staying at was kind enough to give us extra blankets for the night. I recommend Alpine Eco Trek for an enjoyable traveling experience. Their planned itineraries and the services that come along are exceptional and worth the price.

Epic helicopter tour to Mount Everest base camp

We did not have time to watch the movie Wait for the wind and we embarked on a trip to Nepal. We took a helicopter to Mount Everest base camp, paragliding in Pokhara, learn the history at Durbar Square, watched the snow mountain sunrise, all the arrangements were made by Ram Kumar, the owner of Alpine Eco Trek. It was very comfortable, harvesting happiness and beauty all the way. Looking forward to the next time he takes us to hike. We loved Nepal, we will come again, wait for us.

Annapurna Base Camp - 7 Marvelous days with Dhurba and Amit

I came to know Dhurba and Amit through Alpine Eco Trek as they were my assigned guide and porter. But through the course of my trip, they were rather like my friends. Dhurba was well experienced and had intense knowledge about every part of the trek. Along with the details about the trek, he would also share stories and facts about the history as well as the culture of the places we would pass through. On the other hand, Amit was also a great companion. Both Dhurba and Amit were kind and helpful. I thank both these good guys for being there as a friend as well as helping me throughout the trek and I would not hesitate to recommend 7 days Annapurna base camp trek to my friends with these guys from AET.

Ghandruk Village - a little heaven in the Annapurna Region

Ghandruk village is a little heaven in the Annapurna Region not far from Pokhara. I spent there some days with my guide Binaya karki. We stayed in the Annapurna Lodge - a quiet and nice lodge with a wonderful view of the Annapurna South. If you have good luck and get the room on the first floor in the corner you can see the Annapurna South from your bed in the morning. So beautiful. The village is the main center of Gurung Culture. Gurungs are one of the ethnic groups in Nepal. There is a museum in the middle of the village and Binaya took me there and explained a lot about the customs of the Gurungs. In the evenings we enjoyed great Dal Bhat - a national dish of Nepal, drunk local wine and played cards. It was a wonderful time. Binaya helped me a lot to understand Nepal. I enjoyed the time with him a lot and will recommend his service and Alpine Eco Trek who organized everything for our trek to everybody. Thank you Binaya for your time and Company.

Amazing hike from Nagarkot to Changu Narayan Temple

Great hike around the Katmandu hills. Visited Nagarkot for excellent views of the panoramic Himalayas. 2 days of an amazing hike through local villages, green forests and Changu Narayan Temple. Our guide Dhurba was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and a great fun maker. It is really a pleasure to walk with someone so passionate about his country and the outdoors. We highly recommend this hike to everyone and do it with Ram at Alpine Eco Trek, he is so helpful gentlemen.
