Leisurely level trekking involves 3 – 4 hours a day walking at a steady pace below 2500 meters for around 5 to 7 days trekking trip.

Pokhara valley hiking is a leisure holiday and suitable trip for those people who are attending a meeting or conference in Kathmandu or Pokhara and want to do a short hiking trip without going high. This is a perfect trip that offers stunning views of high Himalayan peaks and beautiful landscapes. Pokhra is an amazingly beautiful and clean city in Nepal, 200km west of Kathmandu; this is a wonderful place to relax. Boating on the tranquil fewa lake is another attraction of the city.

Pokhara valley hiking is one of our short and sweet trips that start in Kathmandu. Flight or drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, relax in the lakeside and hike to the world peace Pagoda, this trip has lot to see.

Pokhara Valley Hiking – itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu airport, meet your guide and transfer to hotel. Rest and refreshment till evening, join the welcome dinner at a typical Nepali restaurant; enjoy the meal with live culture show. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: After breakfast, drive or fly to Pokhara. Our tour guide comes at hotel to give you company to go tourist bus station or airport, arrive at Pokhara airport and transfer to hotel, in the evening leisurely walk around Pewa Lake. Overnight at hotel. .

Day 03: Morning breakfast, a comfortable hike to World Peace Pagoda which is a massive Buddhist stupa is situated on the top of a hill on the southern shore of Phewa Lake. Besides being an impressive sight in itself, the shrine is a great vantage point which offers the spectacular views of the Annapurna range, Phewa Lake, and the Pokhara city. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: After breakfast drive to Airport and fly back to Kathmandu. Your tour guide will give your full day sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. In the evening join the farewell dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Transfer to airport and fly home.

Visa for Nepal, you can obtain a visa easily upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu. Please kindly bring two passport size photos and passport copy along with you. (Tourist Visa with Multiple Entry for 30 days can be obtained by paying US $ 40 or equivalent foreign currency. Similarly, Tourist Visa with Multiple Entry for 90 days can be obtained by paying US $ 100.
