Nepal Honeymoon Tour - Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu airport, reception and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Sightseeing of Kathmandu: After breakfast, leisurely leave for full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley including the Hindu temple complex at Pashupatinath (a UNESCO World Heritage site) and the biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath. Also visit Monkey Temple the Swyambhunath (2000 years old temple) then drive an hour to Nagarkot (2175m). Nagarkot is a beautiful hillside provides an excellent view of the sunset and sunrise. Also, Mount Everest can be seen on a clear day. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Nagarkot to Dhulikhel, wake early in the morning to watch the spectacular dawn. The first rays of the sun firing the peaks a lightest red slowly lighting up the Himalayas from Kanchenjunga and Everest in the far East of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri in the West., Today, we will walk through the forest and local villages, you will have a chance to explore real Nepal. Overnight in Dhulikhel.

Day 4: Dhulikhel to Kathmandu: in the morning you can have a small hiking to the Dhulikhel town where you can search your watchful eyes to the different types of birds after we'll drive back to Kathmandu on the way visit ancient city Bhaktapur, Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 5: Kathmandu to Chitwan: Drive or Fly to Chitwan National Park. Welcome to our Resort, welcome drink, and briefing about the programs. Evening visit Elephant breeding centre. Overnight at resort.

Day 6: Full day tour in Chitwan National park. Full day jungle activities, including, Elephant riding, jungle walk and Tharu village visit. Overnight at resort.

Day 7: After breakfast, one and half hour bird watching tour and then we will leave to Pokhara, another famous tourist destination of Nepal. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8: Full day sightseeing of Pokhara City. Early in the morning we can take a taxi to the Sarangkot hill for viewing sunrise and spectacular snowcapped mountain ranges. After lunch back to Pokhara and visit Devis fall, Tibetan refugee camp, Cave and boating in the lake. Overnight at hotel.

Day 9: Rest and very special day for your Honeymoon trip. Leisurely wake up and explore the beautiful lakeside market, afternoon enjoy the wooden boat riding at Fewa Lake. Evening, join a beautiful café for the delicious dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10: After breakfast, fly back to Kathmandu: free day in Kathmandu, you can look around Thamel for shopping, evening join a fare well dinner with live cultural Dance offered by Alpine Eco Trek. Overnight at hotel.  

Day 11: Final departure, Transfer to airport.

Please Note: Miniskirts, Tight fitting, figure-hugging clothing, such as those made with Lycra can often be offensive to locals, especially on women. If you find these items comfortable as a base layer then please pack something to wear over the top of them.
