This amazingly beautiful trek through Gosainkunda with Helambu begins with a scenic eight to nine hour drive from Kathmandu. We spend our first night in a mountain lodge in Dhunche from where our trek truly begins. We begin following a very pleasant trail, which takes us through terrace farmlands, traditional Tamang villages, lush and full rhododendron forests and gorgeous alpine pastures. We will encounter the world famous Gosainkunda Lake, which provides eye-catching views of the snowy peaks and tranquil lake.
