Everet sunrise hiking vacation begins from the ancient city of Kathmandu, from where a short mountain flight takes us to Lukla (2860m). The real experience of the trek starts from here, every day 5 to 6 hours walking and enjoying the surrounding including high mountains the trek finally reach Tengboche Monastery. This is the highest monastery in the world from where we are able to see the spectacular view of Mt. Everest(8,848m), Amadablam(6,812m), Lhotse(8,516m), Nuptse(7,861m), Thamserku(6,623m) and many more.

This trek is not hard and any age of people can take a part of this wonderful journey. There are nice and comfortable mountain lodges on the way to Tengboche. We are organizing this trek using those comfortable lodges and guest houses. Day 1:Arrival at Kathmandu airport (1,350m):

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu airport you will be greet by one of our trek leaders and transfer to hotel. Rest of the time will be on your own. In the evening, one of our team leaders will take you to a typical Nepali restaurant for a welcome dinner. Enjoy the meal having a great discussion and short brief about Everest sunrise view trek. Overnight at hotel.

Breakfast at your hotel, transfer to the airport, flight to Lukla and start trekking to Phakding passing Chaurikharka Village, and makes a descent towards the Dudhkosi Ghat. The trekking trail follows the precise bank of the Dudhkosi River until the camp at Phakding (2,640m) is reached. This day we just have short walk and will rest for whole day. Little acclimatize day. Overnight at guest house.

Trek from Phkading to Namche, the trail crosses Dudhkoshi River through a long suspension bridge, and then trail leads us crossing side by side along the river to Hilary's Suspension Bridge. The route further climbs from here to Namche Bazaar, the beautiful mountain town with all the modern facilities. Overnight at hotel in Namche.

Today we will have acclimatization day at Namche. We can either have whole day relax or hike up to Syangboche (Everest view hotel) for the views of the top of the Everest. Later, come back to Namche for overnight.Namche Bazaar is the main trade centre in the Khumbu region; there are shops, restaurants, bakery shops and hotels with hot shower and electricity. There is a colorful market every Saturday. Overnight at hotel.

Today we hike up towards a big hill and reach Everest View Point Hotel after crossing a tiny airstrip on Syangboche. We can take breathe with tea and coffee in this hotel and enjoy the views of Everest, Nuptse and other Himalayan peaks. Then we head to Khumjung, probably one of the best village of Khumbu regions. Visit Hillary School established by Sir Edmund Hillary and also visit Khunde Village where a place of famous climber and big hospital running by charity. Overnight at guest house in Khumjung.

The trek from Khumjung to Tengboche, we take a walk descent down to Dudhkoshi River passing through little villages along the way. The trails involve down with forest and across riverside for lunch.We take a final ascent step up for 2 hours through pine and fir forest to reach a small hill, Tengboche. There is the famous Tengboche Monastery to explore for the day. Tengboche offers the best view of Ama Dablem. Over night at guest house in Tengboche.

Today day, we need to get up early to see Everest Sunrise view and take pictures. After taking sunrise pictures, today is our free day. We may roam around to Tengboche, which is at 3,860m. The photogenic views from there are considered to be one of the worlds most splendid. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse (8,501m), Kwangde (6,87m), Tawachee (6,542m), Ama Dablam, Kantega and Thamserku provide the inspiring views of Himalayan giants. Tengboche also boasts famous Tengboche monastery.Either we explore the monastery or we can do a day hike to Pangboche - the highest settlement in the valley. We spend night in Tengboche at a guest house.

Trek from Tengboche to Monjo - Trek goes down to the riverside at Fuki Tenga and steady climb through forest and continuous walk to Namche Bazaar. After Namche, we walk down the hill, cross some suspension bridge and reach Monjo for overnight at guest house.

Trek from Monjo to Lukla - (4 to 5 hrs). Leisurely this morning, we trek back to Lukla. You can walk at your own pace and enjoying the lush green scenery around and passing through the incredible mountain scenery and local Sherpa Village. After arrival in Lukla and you will have time to stroll around the areas and we will re-confirm your flight ticket and enjoy the last celebration dinner with your crew members and overnight at hotel.

    How can I book the Everest sunrise view trek?

    Once you confirmed trip, we need a photocopy of your passport and 20% down payment of the total price for advance flight tickets and hotel booking and permit process.

    Can I do Everest sunrise view trek?

    This trek is suitable for any walker looking for something a little cozier and comfortable with stunning views of the Mt. Everest region. It does not require that you have any previous trekking or mountaineering experience. Although, daily jugging or walking exercise is useful and you need to be in the good physical condition and able to walk for 5-6 hours daily.

    When should I come for Everest sunrise view trek?

    Feb, March, April, May, June and September, October, and November December are the best seasons. However, July, August, and Jan are also okay and trekking can be done.

    Do I need to stay in Katmandu?

    Kathmandu valley, one of the historical cities as well as the capital of Nepal, at least, you need to spend two nights in Kathmandu before and after your trip. In our program we are providing you the standard accommodation in Kathmandu on bed and breakfast basis.

    Can I join with group?

    Do I need to join with group?

    It is not necessary that you need to follow our fixed group departures dates, because private trip departs every day upon your request which is best suited to couples, families and small groups of friends. We are happy to organize your holiday according to your selecting the starting date.

    What kind of equipment do I need to bring with me?

    What kind of meals I can have during the trip?

    All Meals on full board basis will be provided during the trekking. Freshly cooked food is served at all times (western, continental and Nepali meals are available in all places). Three meals a day will be provided.

    Do I have pre-departure meeting?

    Yes, at first, our staff will receive you at the airport and transfer to the hotel and our tour leader will brief you regarding about the trip. The briefing will cover the itinerary and introduced your trek Leader.

    Can I charge camera batteries along the trek?

    Yes, Most of the places, you can charge batteries along the trek (per hour USD 2-3 for charging).

    Is someone going to meet me at the airport? Are transfers included?

    Definitely, our Airport Representative will come to the airport to pick you up. We will be displaying a placard of the company with your name on it. Airport transfer is included.
